As a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, Dr. Kostiner provides treatment and care for a variety of urological conditions, including prostate issues, urinary incontinence, and kidney stones, and has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery. In his daily practice, Dr. Kostiner strives to provide every patient with individual care and ample opportunity to discuss their questions and concerns. He believes every patient deserves their time to be helped and is guided by the principle of “one patient at a time with supreme excellence.”

Drawn to the medical field by the opportunity to work with people, Dr. Kostiner enjoys how his specialty enables him to develop long-term relationships with his patients. He feels that by getting to know his patients on a deeper level, he can provide more comprehensive and individualized care to return the patient to optimal health.

Outside of his busy office and surgical practice, Dr. Kostiner loves spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs, enjoying the family-friendly community offered by the Hampton Roads area.
